Guglielmo began his career as an entrepreneur in the component manufacturing sector for the luxury fashion industry where he gained over 25 years of experience, having first served as Chair and Managing Director of his family-owned company (Meras S.p.A.) and subsequently becoming shareholder and board member of the Swiss-based Riri Group SA, the result of a merger between Cobrax S.p.A., Meras S.p.A. and Riri SA.

He also has experience in the automotive and precision engineering sector, having served as CEO in the companies in which he was a shareholder, including Borroni Powertain, which was acquired as part of the first club deal by Futuro all’Impresa S.r.l.

At present, aside from his role as managing director of Futuro all’Impresa, which he has been in since 2008, he is a shareholder of the holding company italianstyleinvest and sits on the board of several companies.

Guglielmo has a degree in Economics from the University of Brescia and a postgraduate degree from UCLA in Los Angeles.

Enrico has been a chartered accountant for over 30 years, specialising in business consulting in various sectors. After graduating in Economics from the University of Parma and obtaining his professional qualification in 1988, in 1990 Enrico began worked on extraordinary M&A transactions (in Italy and other European countries), corporate turnarounds and debt restructuring projects, as well as in governance of corporate groups.

Enrico sat on the boards of several companies, including listed companies Snia and Molmed, where he was actively involved in capital increase transactions on the Italian stock exchange.

He currently sits on the boards of companies operating in various sectors – from engineering to food & beverage and real estate – both as a Director and Statutory Auditor.

After working at McKinsey as a management consultant, Luigi gained over 30 years of experience in M&A and restructuring transactions involving unlisted companies, acting as Principal for Family Offices and international investors. Luigi is an expert in the mechanical engineering industry (packaging, machine tools, steel), and has also been active in other sectors (chemicals, hotels, healthcare) in Europe (Italy and Germany, as well as in Scandinavia, France and the UK), the Americas (USA and Brazil) and Asia (China, Singapore and Taiwan).

The main projects he has worked on include Sympak (creation – through acquisitions and subsequent combinations – of a European group operating in the food processing and packaging technologies sector) and FFG Europe & Americas (development – through acquisitions in Europe and in the United States – for the Fair Friend Group, a major Asian machine tools player).

Since October 2021, he has served as Deputy Chair of the BoD and, in January 2023 was appointed as Executive Chair of Fidia S.p.A., one of the companies involved in restructuring projects.
Luigi has a degree cum laude in Economic and Social Sciences from the Bocconi University in Milan and an MBA from Insead in Fontainebleau.

David has a significant experience in Investment Management and Business Development with leading Italian and international corporate finance boutiques.

He began his career at BNP Paribas in the Securities Services department. He subsequently acted as Advisor at independent companies in Italy and abroad (Principality of Monaco) where he was involved in Investment Management and Business Development projects.

During his career, he was also CEO of a major foreign company based in Congo (Africa). He was responsible for the complete management of the company (operating in the foodstuffs sector) and set its business strategies and operations, contributing to its development and significant increase in turnover.

David has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Florence.

Marco has a degree in Business Administration from the Parthenope University of Naples, and an MBA in Auditing and Business Administration.
He has 11 years of experience as a Relationship Manager at Credit Agricole Italia, where he managed medium and large-sized international companies operating in the agri-food, textile, steel and automotive sectors.

His most recent experience is with the Osculati & Partners team, where he was a Senior Business Consultant for mergers and acquisitions, due diligence procedures and financial statements analysis.

Marco has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Business Plans, Strategic Planning and Financial Restructuring projects.
He currently manages M&A and Debt Advisory projects for debt restructuring and industrial reorganization transactions.

Roberto graduated in 1991 with a degree in Business Administration from the Bocconi University in Milan and began his career at Arthur Andersen. He subsequently served as trader assistant to the head of the fixed income and derivatives market at Fin-Eco Sim in Milan.

Between 1992 and 1994, he worked as a proprietary trader for G.P. Finanziaria in Brescia and subsequently became head of asset management for G.P. Sim in Milan. In 1997, he became head of the portfolio of listed securities and derivatives for Hopa S.p.A. and subsequently joined the latter’s Finance Committee.

During his long career in capital markets, Roberto has taken many specialisation courses at major international investment banks in London, as well as a course on futures and options at the Chicago Board of Trade.

Since 2008, Roberto has acted as the sole director of Aton S.p.A., where he was in charge of the securities and real estate portfolio.

Recently, Roberto started operating as a Private Banker at Banca Patrimoni Sella & Co.

With over a decade of experience in investment banking and manufacturing industry, Máté gained a wealth of expertise in M&A process execution, carve-outs and corporate restructuring. Before joining FAI, he served as Vice President at an industrial M&A advisory firm in Vienna.

Throughout his career, Máté executed deals and advised clients across various sectors including Electronics, Industrial Automation and Manufacturing, Software, and Mobility. His experience extends to both buy- and sell-side transactions spanning multiple jurisdictions, and catering to the needs of strategic and financial clients. Furthermore, he supported restructuring projects in the automotive industry. While his focus has primarily been in Europe, he has also conducted projects in North America and Asia.

Máté’s academic background includes studying Political Economy at the London School of Economics, where he obtained an MSc, and the University of Surrey, where he read International Relations.

Paolo has a Master’s degree in Administration, Finance and Control from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.
He acquired significant experience in corporate consultancy services at companies such as Deloitte, where he acted as Senior Auditor and Senior Consultant in the M&A Transaction Services department. He was also involved in New Deal Advisory management as an Assistant Manager, working on due diligence activities and in supporting Private Equity companies with M&A transactions.

Maria Luisa has a degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University and an Executive Master in Finance with a specialisation in Asset & Wealth Management from SDA Bocconi. During her academic career, she took university courses at UCLA in Los Angeles, Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and, online courses at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences.

She worked in the internal finance department of The Boston Consulting Group in Milan, where she gained in-depth knowledge of administration, finance and control issues. She was involved in international projects, developing data analytics and personnel administration skills.

Matteo has a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance with top marks from the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome and also studied at the University of Amsterdam.

He worked in the Investment Banking sector, at companies such as Nomura and Credit Suisse, and in Finance, at PWC. He has experience in the Food & Beverage and Energy & Infrastructure sectors.

Filippo has a degree in Business Development from LIUC Carlo Cattaneo University, with a dissertation on M&A developments in the current macroeconomic context. He also studied at the University of Hertfordshire Hatfield in the UK.
After completing an internship at Futuro all’Impresa, he is now continuing his professional development with us.

Roberta has a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Management from Turin University.

She has more than ten years of experience in planning and management control, working for companies such as Ferrero S.p.A. and Banca Mediolanum S.p.A., and in personnel management (Pirelli S.p.A and FinecoBank S.p.A.).

She is currently HR and Operations Manager.
