Futuro all'Impresa is Belpietro’s advisor for the acquisition of the Panorama magazine
As part of the acquisition of Panorama, the company owned by Maurizio Belpietro (a Palazzolo native) was assisted by the law firms Bonelli Erede and R&P Legal, with Brescia-based Guglielmo Ruggeri and Enrico Scio of Futuro All'Impresa acting as advisors. Another Brescia man, the young Francesco Gatti, will be involved in the relaunch of the weekly magazine.

Maurizio Belpietro, publisher and editor of the daily newspaper La Verità, is the new owner of Panorama. By joining the La Verità group, Panorama remains in business, guaranteeing a position for part of its employees. Without a buyer, Mondadori would have closed the magazine. Belpietro secured the deal thanks to support from BE, R&P and Fai Advisory.
A pure entrepreneurial approach was crucial in this critical transaction, which included the acquisition of four historic Italian brands operating in the grinding machines sector (Favretto, Meccanodora, Tacchella and Morara) by a group headed by the Taiwanese machine tool giant FFG.
The latest successful operation was in the automotive sector. It was a cross-border deal, where we acted as advisors in the transaction that saw the Swedish company Mape Sweden acquired by the Indian group Sansera Engineering, based in Bangalore.
